Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We are happy to offer combined pricing for multiple purchases, as well as discounts to loyal customers.

Gift Wrapping: Gift services include wrap appropriate to the holiday or occasion, a personalized gift tag, and ribbon, $5.00. Delivery to a third party is also available. Just ask ~ we're here to serve you!

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Buyer pays actual shipping plus a minimal fee covering the cost of shipping supplies. Please note that we live on the East Coast of Canada, and depending on your location, it may take 10 days to 2 weeks to receive your purchase within North America. Items shipped to the UK, other European countries or Asia may take 4 - 6 weeks.

In the interest of helping our environment, and keeping costs down (ours AND yours) we use clean, recycled shipping materials where possible. We pride ourselves on our careful packing, but we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during shipment, as Canada Post will only insure against loss, NOT breakage. Be assured we will do our very best to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

All items are used unless otherwise stated. Each item is described to the best of our ability, and any damage is disclosed. Our home is cigarette smoke free. If an item can be safely and gently cleaned with mild soap and water, it has been. If it requires special handling, this will be left to the new owner. One person's tarnish is another's patina!

We have two wonderful dogs. Despite my best efforts, I cannot guarantee that you will not receive a free dog hair with your purchase. Although I have never had any complaints, if this presents a problem for you, please be guided accordingly.

PAYPAL PREFERRED. Payment or an email stating your payment arrangements within 3 (three) days of purchase is anticipated and appreciated. Items for which no payment has been received or no arrangements made within 7 (seven) days will be considered unsold and placed back into inventory.
