Set of German Salts with Pepper Shaker

It's not often one comes across a beautiful set like this, and in such wonderful condition.

The four individual salt dips are each 1 1/2 inches across and 3/4 of an inch tall. All are stamped and/or incised "Germany" on the underside. Painted with a gleaming gold wash, the exterior surfaces are textured, as is the 1 3/4 inch tall pepper shaker.

In excellent condition, the set has no chips or cracks. There is some light wear to the gilded finish, mostly on the ruffled edges of the salt cellars.
