This slim, envelope purse has a certain Art Deco Style. The front sports a geometrical, triangle design, echoing the shape of the fold-over flap, which narrows gracefully to a point.

This rich black, matte finish leather bag is 12 inches across and 7 1/2 inches top to bottom. The strap is 22 inches long to the centre, allowing the purse to be worn over the shoulder or across the chest. The strap can be tucked inside the bag if a clutch envelope is preferred. The purse has a snap closure. Inside, faux suede lines the flap, the main pouch, and the roomy zippered pocket. The tag reads, "Made in Brazil, Genuine Leather, Hand Made."

If you've ever owned a bag or pair of shoes made of Brazilian leather, you already know it wears like iron.
