The citrine in the necklace is set in a double layer of gold so it can stand off the surface of the skin and the light can shine through the open back. It measures 14 mm long x 10 mm wide and is emerald cut and prong set. The earrings are set in a 14 kt gold frame, are marked 14 kt on the back, have a lever-back, are prong set and emerald cut. Each stone measures 10 mm long x 8 mm wide. This makes the total carat weight of the 3 citrines, 13.05 carats. The dainty chain is also marked 14 kt and the clasp is in fine working order.
