We will respond to all orders. I do travel and don't always have access to the internet, but when available, I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will put my vacation mode on so you can be aware of this.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer to pay shipping and insurance unless I quote a specific rate. I base this on items weight of 1lb or less and $50.00 insurance. If the weight or amount is different, that amount will be based on anything over. I prefer to ship USPS Priority as I have had the best luck with them but am willing to accommodate the buyer. I will also use first class padded envelopes for small, light weight items when I can to save you money on shipping.

International will be determined after sale and rates will be based on that. Buyer will be responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged upon receipt of an item. In Canada you may call 1-800-461-9999 to figure what taxes and duties will be for the particular item you would like to purchase.

Personal checks may need to clear before I can send the item.

Restocking Fee:
I do not charge a restocking fee. I always do my best to find out information on items I sell so this does not happen but I don't know everything and admit to unintentional error. Always inquire if you need more information.

Other Information:
I am adding a new section for Sweet Seconds that you may be interested in watching. They will refer to items that are not it perfect shape, I will describe, but are still collectibles. Sales tax on items purchased in Illinois.
