Sweet Second Vintage Heirloom 14" Lady Figurine

This is a beautiful lady figurine made by the Heirloom Tomorrow marked Verbia on bottom. The company was in San Diego, California in the 1950's. She is 14" tall X 10.5" wide. These pieces were hand painted and crafted by using cotton lace dipped in liquid porcelain and then applied by hand in layers to create the full dress. This then goes through a firing process that burns away the lace, leaving hardened porcelain in its shape. Can take up to 100 hours and ends up being a One of a Kind piece of art. Now for the bad news, the lace is a mess. A beautiful face and arms, if it weren't for the damage on the hat, she would be fantastic from the waist up. Very pretty flowers and leave at waist, pink delicate boa. The bottom of the dress has a lot of lace damage. I am hoping someone creative can enhance this lovely lady as she is too pretty to give up on. No crazing, chips or crazing on this figurine. I have to sell her as is due to the lace on the dress is so fragile.
