We were so fortunate to find another Spectacular Pair of Fine Antique Full Mother of Pearl Opera Glasses. This lovely piece was manufactured from LeClerc, Paris (both MOP Eyepieces Marked LeClerc, Ft, Paris). Complete pair in FULL Mother of Pearl, even the Barrels Completely Encased in MOP! To really make a statement, the brass is ENGRAVED with the Owners Initials "ERB" and this pair must have been given as a New Years gift, as they are dated "Jan 1st 1888". The Provenance is right on the piece! These are truly stunning, in EXCELLENT Condition All Around. All parts work, Perfect Clarity, and No Missing MOP...in fact the Mother of Pearl is in Near Mint Condition! These were well cared for. Exquisite Original Condition (brass has wear from use). Lovely gift for the collector of Objets de Vertu!
