Amourelle Necklace Bracelet & Earrings Parure ~ Frank Hess Design

This is a gorgeous and rare Amourelle parure. It includes the necklace, bracelet and earrings, which is so hard to come by all together. The classic gilt filigree design and high quality stones, along with the warm basket weave chains, make this one of Frank Hess' best. The gilt is a deep yellow and the stones have exceptional rich color, displaying both orange and yellow.

The necklace has a box clasp and measures 16 1/2 inches, and the decorative centerpiece is 2 1/2 long x 1 1/4 in. wide. The bracelet also has a box clasp and is 7 1/2 inches. The clip earrings are 1 5/8 in long x 5/8 in. wide.

The earrings are signed Amourelle, which was Frank Hess' line of jewelry when he worked for Kramer in the early 1960s. Frank Hess was the chief designer for Miriam Haskell from 1926 - 1960.

This set is in fabulous condition. All stones are original. There is a piece if filigree missing on the bottom prong of the necklace's stone.
