All items are guaranteed to be as described, and we only offer items in our shop that we would be proud to have in our own collection.
If you are ever dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We fully honor the Ruby Lane Return Policy and we will respond to you promptly. In the event we have made an error in our description of an item, we will issue a full refund, including shipping, as long as we are notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item. If an item is returned for any other reason, please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We offer shipping worldwide!
Buyer pays for shipping charges, and shipping is always combined on multiple items, to the extent possible, to save you money. We search for the most cost effective shipping option for your order and utilize that method of shipping unless you request otherwise. If you prefer priority or express delivery, please let us know. We will issue a revised invoice that reflects your requested shipping option.
Most of our items do not require a handling fee. In the event an item requires special packaging, we may charge a nominal handling fee to insure that your item reaches you safely (generally this only applies to larger or heavier items). All items are packed carefully using high quality packaging materials.
Insurance is not always required, but it is always highly recommended. We will package your order with great care, but we cannot be responsible for a lost or damaged package if insurance is not elected.
Your item(s) will be shipped the next business day following receipt of cleared payment. If payment is made by personal check, please note that once we receive the check, there will be a 5 day holding period before your order will ship. We respectfully request that international buyers submit payment through PayPal.
We are always happy to provide you with a shipping quote upon request.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
Other Information:
We offer a convenient lay-a-way plan for orders over $50, and multiple items may be combined to qualify. Our three month plan requires 25% down at time of purchase and 25% due each month thereafter until paid in full. All lay-a-way arrangements are in writing and are a binding contract between buyer and seller. Please email us for full details or to request a lay-a-way agreement.
