19th Century French Antique Louis XVI Style Urns

Here is a very pretty pair of Urns, commonly called Cassolettes by the French, cast from spelter and highlighted with green copper finish. Each is featuring a lovely embellishment centering a woman face surrounded by floral and foliate patterns. Note the adorably scrolled handles accented with floral garlands. The base is made from Yellow Saint Baume marble and stands on tapered brass legs. Circa date 1880. Dimensions 12”high/ 5”wide/ 5”deep.
