Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
SHIPPING:

Buyer pays a flat rate for Registered or Expedited Airmail (with signature at delivery) for all US and International Shipments.
Insurance is included.

Nicole La Bay participates in the shipping fees and gladly combines shipping.

TIME FRAME:

We ship Worldwide within 3-4 business days of payment received.

Shipments to the US or Canada take about 7 business days.
Same for Japan and Asia.

Australia often less.

2-4 days to all Western European destinations. Hardly more to Eastern Europe.

PAYMENT:

Nicole La Bay accepts several modes of payment.

Paypal is the easiest.
This Paypal account processes payments even if you do not have an account with them.

Visa and Mastercard also processed via merchant account.

Checks are accepted for items under $200, but because they currently need to be sent to Paris, this is a fairly long process.

E-checks processed via Paypal

A few items are "wire transfers only". See individual listings.

Restocking Fee:
We charge an 8% restocking fee on all items returned.

Item must be returned in the same exact condition as it was sent.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
