Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer ONLY pays a participation to shipping which is a flat rate for all US and International Shipments.

Nicole La Bay gladly combines shipping.

We ship Worldwide within 3-4 business days of payment received.

Shipments are currently sent Registered Airmail or Colissimo from Paris, with Signature at Delivery. (VERY SAFE!)
Insurance is included.

Shipments to the US or Canada take about 7 business days.
Same for Japan and Asia.

Australia often less.

2-4 days to all Western European destinations. Hardly more to Eastern Europe.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 12% restocking fee on all items returned.

Item must be returned in the same exact condition as it was sent.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
