An exquisite Victorian/Edwardian petticoat circa 1890-1910, with about the tallest lace ruffle you can find! The petticoat is in very good condition, clean and very white, with no repairs necessary. The ruffle is actually 4 layers of delicate lace with pin-tucks in between. It still bears the name of the owner! E(mily?) London in black ink inside. An EXTRAORDINARY 19th Century Victorian Folk costume circa 1860-1880, with the most creative embroideries and extravagant Celtic Folk details, which was probably part of a Brittany wedding costume.
