A nice vintage oil painting depicting people in a landscape setting. The painting has a lovely impressionistic style much like the works of Guy Pene DuBois. It is beautifully executed. The painting is on a wooden panel and has a wood frame with an ebonized finish. It is large with overall dimensions of 27 1/2" x 21 5/8" including the frame. The painting is not signed, I have not removed it from the frame to check underneath the edge of the frame. The oil painting is in very good overall condition. The only thing to note is a small rubbed area just behind the ladies, see photo's. The frame has some small scattered losses to the black paint on the sides but is perfectly presentable. The oil painting has a lovely decorative quality with it's peaceful presense. It would make a great addition to a fine art collection.
