A very beautiful vintage figurine depicting the Madonna and Child. The figurine is hand painted with excellent attention to detail and both Madonna and Jesus have a serene expression on their faces. The figurine is Austrian in origin and is marked "Wien, Keramos, Knight Ceramic Co., Made in Austria, 47, 1630, L". This is a large piece with overall dimensions of 10" high and 8 1/8" x 4 3/4" across the base. The Madonna figurine is in very good overall condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. She would make a lovely addition to a devotional collection.
