A very charming antique figurine depicting a Young Girl dressing up like her Grandma. The figurine is made of bisque porcelain and has nice attention to detail. The girl is wearing her Grandmothers feather hat, her shoes and is carrying her parasol and carpet bag, the front is marked "GRANDMA". The young girl is hand painted in soft pastel colors and has gilt gold highlights. There are some numbers on the back "612" but no makers mark, I think she is German or French in origin. The girl stands 12 3/4" high and is 4 1/8" in diameter at the base. She is in very good overall condition with no chips, hairlines or repairs. There is an in the making clay shrink line on her arm with the parasol and some wear to the gold, see photo's. The girl would make a wonderful gift for a special Grandmother, it is a sweet antique item.
