A neat original oil painting by Austrian artist Leopold Widliczka. There is a different portrait on each side of a single canvas. One side depicts a young girl reading a book and the other has a lady with a large fur collar. Both are well done. The oil painting of the lady with the fur collar is signed "Widliczka", the portrait of the girl is not. Overall dimensions of the canvas are 21" high x 20 1/2" wide. There isn't much of a border around either side, the paint goes right to the edge of the canvas. There is a crease on the canvas that effects the side with the girl in red more so than the lady in the fur collar. There are some scuffs overall, see photo's. The oil painting has a lovely decorative quality on both sides.
