A neat antique Victorian era thermometer. The thermometer has a Nautical or Maritime theme that includes an anchor, oar and a pick type instrument. The thermometer itself is mounted to a piece of brass, the rest is made of nickel over spelter metal. Overall dimensions are 5" x 3 7/8" across the widest points. It is in working order and in overall good condition. The only thing to note is some loss to the nickel, see photos. The thermometer would be perfect in a sea side decorating theme, it is neat!
