Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
SHIPPING COSTS ARE ALWAYS COMBINED AND REDUCED when you order two or more items at the same time.
All orders are shipped promptly upon confirmation of payment.
Your purchase will be carefully packed to insure safe delivery.
TO BUYERS WORLDWIDE: Shipping costs and insurance options will vary for different countries. Some restrictions may apply for insurance or due to the customs laws for some countries. Insurance is available to most countries but not all countries. Please e-mail if you are not sure what the policy is to ship to your country before placing an order. Please include your country and postal code when you request a shipping quote.
All customs forms will be completed accurately, no exceptions! Please refer to Ruby Lane's terms of sale.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Other Information:
PayPal is our preferred payment method. PayPal payments must be received within two days in order to keep the item reserved. PayPal is secure and they accept major credit cards, even if you do not already have a PayPal account. Simply follow the Ruby Lane checkout steps when you place your order.
To U.S. buyers:
We also accept U.S. Post Office money orders and personal checks. These must be received within 7 days to keep the item reserved.
To buyers outside the U.S:
PayPal payments accepted only. Payment must be received within 2 days of the purchase order date in order to keep the item reserved.
