Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Amethyst Ring

This is a square cut amethyst color stone probably glass or crystal stone and it has especially good sparkle. It is amply prong set and is very nicely faceted The setting is hand crafted and a good example of bridge jewelry, a combination of fine jewelry and costume jewelry. The design is art nouveau and probably from the period or close to it. On one side is an accent clear stone that is prong set and a small seed pearl (likely to be simulated) next to it. The inner band is marked "sterling". This is a size 5 and is re-sizable if needed.
