A nice quality piece by Marvella that has flappers* which move the faux pearls that are inside of the bells. There is a little boot and a large bow with a flowing ribbon at the top. The setting is smooth and textured gold-tone.

It is 1 3/4" by 1 1/2" and in excellent condition.
