An original painting on board of a floral abstract in bright sunny colors. The paint application is very heavy and it is signed in the lower left bottom by the artist Pelly. The back has a hand written notation "Floral abstract" by Chas. H. (or W.) Pelly. The canvas board is 16" by 12" in size and with the frame it is 19" by 15".The frame is a solid wood and painted a blue-gray color.
