A framed lithograph of a young woman in early American or European attire. She appears to be holding on to her hat on a breezy day. The lithograph is 9 3/4" by 11 3/4". It is framed in an antiqued white (painted) frame which has an acrylic front. The small print at the bottom says "Litho in U.S.A." On the lower right bottom is the makers name Donald Art Co. N.Y.
