~Speedy response to all inquiries and purchases.

~Items shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment. (10 days after receipt of checks or money orders.)

~Items packaged with extreme care.

~Items will be described as accurately as possible.

~Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving items.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship items several times during the week. Please let us know if you have an urgent shipping time requirement. We will make every effort to ship your item to arrive in the time you specify. If we are not able to do so, we will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase order.
The cost of Shipping plus Insurance will be added to your purchase total. Insurance is mandatory and items will not be shipped without it. There is never a Handling Charge.

Please feel free to inquire as to the Shipping and Insurance costs for any item. Please include your Zip Code for domestic destinations or your Country and Postal Code for international destinations.

7% sales tax will be added for NE buyers unless exempt and completed signed form is included with payment.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
