Hand Painted Limoges Bowl, Florals, T&V Pitkin & Brooks c. 1892

A Chicago Studio hand painted Limoges plate, ca. 1892-1907. This ornate bowl features hand painted Sweet Pea florals of purple, pink an peach. The blank has a fluted rim from the base to the rim in four areas. The rim has various sizes of scallops, the larger ones decorated with gold lines in fancy patterns.

The bowl is 7 1/2"D by 1 1/2" H. It has an unusual backmark...the T&V Bell with Pitkin & Brooks Logo.

No chips, cracks or crazing. Slight gold wear to the gold on the scalloped rims.
