A lovely Limoges Plate with Hand Painted Fruit ca. 1890's. The artist is Golce. This plate has an ornate gold rim.

The painting is professional (this is studio decorated). The fruit is either a pomegranate or fig which is bursting open showing the seeds within. Various shades of green leaves with light blue shadow leaves.

The decorating studio is S. Maas (ca 1890's), the blank is Coiffe, ca 1891-1914.

No chips, cracks or crazing. In fine condition. The painting and gold is all in tact.
