A darling tray for the vanity or the desk. The background near the rim (which rises about 1/2") is a robin's egg blue which melts to white at the base. An embossed rim with sponged gold with some detailed painting enhances the enameled gold flowers. The flowers in the background are a very light violet aster, with a faint yellow center.

Laviolette Limoges with Leonard PH decorator. Turn of the century piece c 1896-1905 . No chips, cracks or crazing. very light gold wear, mentioned for accuracy. Unglazed bottom.
