Gorgeous Dresden Hand Painted Floral Plate C. 1895

Marvelous artwork describes the decoration of this plate. It is all hand painted included the gold details along the scalloped rim. A center bouquet with every color of the rainbow is the main attraction. Yet, scattered on the plate are beautiful painted floral sprays. The detail is awesome. The plate is 7 1/2"D.

The studio, Richard Wehsner, was noted for exceptional artistry (Harran's Dresden Book)

No chips, cracks or crazing, no loss of gold nor painting.
