This is a Dresden Plate, wonderful porcelain and painting.

A fabulous hand painted floral plate. Delightful garlands of mixed florals and swags of gold show the workmanship of Richard Klem. The reticulation patter is of florals. So delicate and elegant. Gold lines outline the cut out areas. The plate is 7 3/4" D. Richard Klem Dresden,Ca 1891-1914.

Condition: No chips, cracks, or crazing, Painting in wonderful condition.
