This is a one-of-a-kind, Limoges plate handpainted and signed by the artist, covered completely with violets. The artist "Schiller" has painted the most believable, life-like violets I have ever seen on porcelain. I have been dealing in handpainted Limoges for over 10 years and I have never seen a painting of violets that has been so impressive. The blank is Theo. Haviland, dated 1903-1925.
