This is a Meissen Hand Painted floral cup and saucer. I must say the artists are Meissen were fabulous floral painters. The main attraction are the Viola cornuta or Johnny Jump-ups on the cup. There are blue small, petaled flowers also on the cup. The saucer boasts a wonderful poppy type flower and pod, along with smaller blue flowers. The cup has a twisted handle, twin attachments at top.
