Antique Wooden Butter Churn- Circular with paddles

This churn is in fantastic shape for it age. This type of churn was present about 1825 up until the very early 1900's. it measures 14 1/4Inches tall not counting lid which adds another inch to its height. It is 12 3/4 inches in diameter. It has a wooden stopper to let out excess liquid at the bottom and the crank is not rusted and it unit works just like it did when it was made. The bands come off so the churn can be taken apart for cleaning. The inside is perfectly clean and dry (see pictures). This type of churn in this condition is almost impossible to find. This is a great item to add to any collection of primitives.
