Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping in the US is $5 by USPS first class, or $8 priority mail. For international shipping and insurance, or upgrade to overnight express shipping, please e-mail for info, thank you.

Restocking Fee:
Please note that custom orders are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Our shop must be notified by e-mail of returns within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise and returns must be post marked within 5 days from receipt of items to be eligible for exchange or refund. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted. Lay-a-ways are not refundable, eligible for 1 time exchange only.
