"The Painter" is Seventh in the Rockwell Heritage Collection. Made in a limited edition and permanently closed in 1983, by Knowles and certified as a "True Rockwell Classic" by the Rockwell Society of America. It comes in its original box with certificate of authenticity. It is in excellent condition.
