This sommerso Murano glass sculpture is in unbelievably good condition! Apart from a little wear on the label there is almost no scratch wear on the base or blemishes of any type. Very clean and sweet for an item dating from the 1950's or 60's. The company Pustetto and Zanetti was founded by Itamo Pustetto and Lizio Zanetti and went out of business in the late 1960's. This is probably an early production.

The vase measures 14 1/2" inches high by 8" inches wide and weighs almost seven pounds. There is a hot layer of uranium sommerso as well as pink in the basket style vase sculpture.

Approaching technical perfection... a great display of color!!!
