Kenzan Style Koyoto Ceramic Ikebana Vase Pair

These two Koyoto ware Ikebana vases date from the early to mid 20th century. Both are signed. One is signed Kenzan. These of course are later copies of Kenzan style.

They stand about 7 1/2" inches high and have pierced gourd shapes in the body, pierced backs for hanging and Made in Japan ink stamps on the bottoms. Both are in great shape with no damage.

They make great stick incense holders if you are not into Ikebana.
