This guy is pretty big. Standing 12" inches tall and weighing a little over three lbs. He is in excellent condition with no damages at all.

Someone told me he was a clown character from Italian Opera (Perot)?

Signed on the base Cartaglia, he is very finely detailed in terracotta with majolica glaze and gold enamel. He dates from the early to mid 20th century.
