Old Turquoise Incamiciato Vase

This vase stands 12 inches high. Judging from the heavy wear patterns on the bottom for such a light vase it dates from the 1930's to the 1950's.

Possibly designed by Napoleone Martinuzzi or Vittorio Zecchin for Vetri Artistici & Mosaici in the thirties or a later 1950's Paolo Venini design.

This vase was blown from the top and shows no pontil. There are no manufacturer markings and it is not signed.

The thin glass is blue-green cased with white inside and clear on the outside. The waisted shaped vessels give a great color effect, shading from light to darker along the neck and bottom.
