SOLD "Bees in the Breeze" Floradora Charm Bracelet

A customer suggested "a bee Floradora" which sent me diving into my "B-Box" where I discovered a trove of wonderfully inspiring treasures! So, THANK YOU! This challenge was really fun, if long delayed.

It is truly amazing how many different BEEZ there are on this beauty. I confess that the palette comes from the small polymer clay squares depicting the cutest bees, on a deep aqua background, in a frame of flowers! LOVE these and will be sad when they are gone.

I should mention that this Floradora is particularly hefty, owing to the profusion of glass and pottery elements. I want to reference first these super stupendous, large aqua glass lamp beads with the Islamic art stripes. I have had these for simply ages, and everytime I consider using them, I say "too heavy" and put them back. But, because they are just perfect for this Floradora, on they went!! Also weighty are the glorious lamp work beads featuring a black core with yellow daisies on the surface. AND, where and why did I ever get these all too ideal lamp beads.....black glass with both yellow and BLUE dots!!! BETTER than perfect!

Then there are the BEES!!!! There are pottery beads in several sizes, and glass Bumble types in bright yellow and black, and, naturally ~ since this is a Floradora Charm Bracelet, after all ~ there are some winsome vintage bees, mostly starting out life as costume brooches!

The honey colored cabochons are actually (if you can believe it) crumbled up dried bee parts! Suspended in Lucite! Honestly. These are weird!!!!

This is SUCH a pretty Floradora, and perfect for Spring and Summer!
