I have made a lot of Yellow Rose Collection Floradoras over the years, and am always on the look out for Yellow Rose blooms or buds! Only very rarely have I ever seen this stunningly bright, or delicately pale Yellow Rose on a BLACK background!! Imagine my excitement when I found some replica Cameos featuring these brilliant Yellow Roses on an inky black satin field! I grabbed them!!

Then I dove into my Bumble Bee box to see if I had any other elements combining black and yellow; besides BEES of course!! There wasn't much, so I had to dig deep into my creative heart and actually put together an array of delightful charms!

What fun!! This is a first for me, and I really LOVE IT!! I did discover some pretty lamp work glass beads ~ basic black, with darling Yellow and white flowers. And of course I have three drawers full of vintage black glass of various sizes and shapes, so I simply studded some of them with Yellow Roses.......etc!! i can't give away my secrets, but I know you will agree that the final result of this burst of creativity is wholly positive! And very, very unusual!!

(Please check out the vintage glass rose buds up near the chain.......these are almost gone and I have never seen any more of them ~ sob!!)

The earrings I made are much more delicate than this chunky, dynamic charm bracelet, but so many of us cannot wear heavy earrings anymore.

I'm afraid this is IT for the Yellow Roses on Black Satin Floradoras as I have truly plundered my stash of goodies!! I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoyed making it!!

My work is guaranteed for my life time ~ if ever you feel that your Floradora is looking a little shabby, just send it back for a complete, and free, overhaul~~ I suspect some of the ones I made a long time ago might look a bit tacky about now. If so, send them back and they will be better than ever when I return them!!
