This is an absolutely magnificent VINTAGE portrait plate. It simply has it all! In the center is a wonderful portrait of a gorgeous lady. She is wearing a blue flowing dress and has pink roses in her hair. Framing her are the most stunning pink roses ever!

To finish the plate's beauty, a magnificent reticulated edge is captured in an awesome blue. The blue is so much prettier than the photos show, and indeed shows in the photos that it has a purplish hue. HOWEVER, it is BLUE, not purple! I couldn't get the right shade of blue to show ~ I wish I could as it definitely makes the plate. The softly scalloped rim is accented in gold.

This one is truly a keeper! In fabulous vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing ~ and I can't see any wear to the paint! Oh MY! 9 1/4"
