Timeless. Classic. Elegant. This vintage purse by the famed Whiting and Davis is in their signature gold mesh, detailed with an arched frame, mesh fringe and a gold chain handle. The construction of Whiting and Davis is incomparable, and this purse is no exception. The mesh is in excellent condition with no breaks, twists or discoloration. Tight kiss clasp and hinges and clean rose silk lining make this purse a fine example in exceptional vintage condition. Inside frame stamped on each side with the Whiting and Davis logo and the original cloth tag is in the lining. Measurements are 6" long including fringe and 4" wide with a handle drop of 14 1/2". This bag is so versatile. Wonderful for a casual dinner out or a black tie ball!
