We offer all items guaranteed as described and will accept returns with no questions asked within three days of receipt by the purchaser.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance charges. We DO NOT charge a handling fee. We ship USPS Insured Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made - just ask. We will not ship uninsured items. If an item is returned, the original shipping and insurance fee will not be refunded, just the purchased value of the article. Return insured shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship worldwide.

Restocking Fee:
We DO NOT charge a re-stocking fee.

Other Information:
Personal checks will be held until they clear - generally 7 to 10 days. International purchasers must pay via Paypal. International purchasers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their purchase. We welcome layaway purchases. Due to rampant fraud and abuse, we do not accept bank money orders or cashiers checks from any source.
