Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for priority shipping and insurance. Insurance required. Will ship only to international countries that have insurance available. Paypal must be used for international purchases. I only ship Priority mail or Global Express for international purchases.. I do not ship First Class mail because it cannot be insured or tracked internationally...

Restocking Fee:
We charge 10% restocking fee.

Other Information:
Items paid for with Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram(Walmart) or USPS money orders ship within 48 hours of payment receipt... Items paid for with checks and non USPS money orders ship when funds are collected, usually 6-10 days....NO COD.. Payment is due at time of purchase. Please contact me before you buy if you need additional time to pay.
