Collectible Vintage Figural Lady Head Brooch OOAK!

Look at this Lovely Blonde Lady wearing a Turquoise Green Large Floppy Hat, ready for a day of Shopping! Her Hair and Hat are raised from her Face and Neck and she has a Wide Eyed Innocent look with Cherry Red Lips and she wears a Yellow Choker style necklace! Her facial features and lines are actually etched into the material which is either plastic or bakelite; it's not my area of expertise. Based upon the Clasp on the back, it appears she was handmade and she came with the European Jewelry Inheritance! She is definitely a Conversation piece Brooch or Pin and measures 2" tall x 1 3/4" wide....we date her to the late 60's, early 70's.
