Here's a Fabulous Find from my Antique European Jewelry Inheritance...it's a Signed, Vintage, OOAK Repousse Metal Enameled Pill Box with a little Girl on Top holding Flowers! The Little Girl and her Flowers are the Raised, Repousse Design, which is ornamented by hammering or pressing on the reverse side -- used especially in metal many years ago! When you open the hinged Metal Box you can see the Hammering to the Design of the Girl with her Flowers! The Pill Box has Beautiful Enameling Colors of...Pink, Baby Blue, Purple, White & Cobalt Blue! If you look closely you can see the little Girl's Facial Features whose colors have worn off but can easily be repainted! All around the box on both top & bottom runs a Floral Vine with Cobalt Blue, Purple, & Baby Blue Flowers! The Interior is a Turquoise Blue color and the box has a nice, sturdy snap closure! On the bottom is an etched Signature which ends in the letter "A" with a Logo Design beneath that! This Precious Pill Box measures 1/2" tall x 1 1/8" in diameter & makes a Wonderful and Unique Vanity Collectible!
