Hi! Offered for your consideration is this Fenton cobalt blue bell! It was handpainted and signed by artist J. Huffman in remembrance of September 11, designed with the American flag, stars, and "LET FREEDOM RING!" on the front, and the artist's signature and "STARS AND STRIPES 2001" on the back. The clapper is a clear, faceted ball on a silver chain, and the piece is in PERFECT pristine condition This is a substantial piece, measuring 7" tall and 4" wide across the bottom.
