Late 1940s - early 1950's Christian Dior Necklace marked Christian Dior by Kramer. Very nice condition with no verdigris. Tension in both ear clips is excellent and both ear clips are marked Kramer of NY in early fancier lettering. Flowerettes of oval stones are all prong set and accented by round faceted crystals of clear diamante stones. A rare treat for collectors of this period. The stones are superb in condition with no darkening. I had a difficlut time catching the color of these stones. They are a more vibrant red than the picture shows. The necklace is adjustable in length up to 17 inches! Only one tiny apology in the set. The clear stones set in the high crown on one earring are slightly out of shape compared to the other earring.
