Mona In twelve years of collecting I have only seen this brooch twice. Once when I found this one and then a few years later. There has been much speculation over the origin but nothing conclusive that I am aware of. Large green art glass cabochons, hand wired crystals, and tiny faux seed pearls accent the body and two ruby red prong set stones accent the eyes. Length is 2 3/4 inches and width is 1 1/4 inches at maximum width. It's a grand vintage fish brooch and mechanical function at the clasp is excellent! All jewelry items are box shipped!
