This large flag is still bright and very colourful....does have a few small holes but would still look very impressive in a frame. I think the Crown is the KINGS CROWN so the flag pre-dates Queen Elizabeth's Coronation in 1953. Measures 35" x 23". Great Decorative piece for an English Pub Bar.

This Pennant is 16" long...condition is good bar some moth nibbles at tail end. The WESSEX was a W CLASS DESTROYER of 1710 tons launched in September 1943. She saw service in World War Two and was eventually sunk as a target in March 1980.

A PAIR of lovely old FOX HUNTING Engraved Aqua Prints from the THE GRAPHIC Newspaper of January 26th 1884. These are done on an Art Grade Paper with no type print on the reverse so are ideal for framing. They are a decent size each measuring 15 1/4" x 12". Were these framed under glass we would be asking in the vicinity of $155 each for these so you are getting a wonderful pair of 125 year old engravings at a bargain price.

This old PENNANT dates to the 1941-1947 era when PHILOMEL was moored at Devonport Naval Base in Auckland as H.M.N.Z.S. PHILOMEL and used as a Training Base. The pennant is 19" long ...has a few moth holes but is in generally good condition. HMS Philomel was a Pearl class cruiser. She was the sixth ship of that name and served with the Royal Navy from her commissioning in 1890 until 1914, when she was transferred to the New Zealand Navy with whom she served until 1947. She was used as a seagoing ...

A commemorative felt Pennant from H.M.S. TEAZER for her service during World War Two. This is a very nice old Naval Souvenir in that it specifies the areas of 'action" such as ITALY, GREECE, SOUTH OF FRANCE, TOKIO etc. The Pennant is 17 1/4' in length and is in very good condition for its age. The TEAZER was a T CLASS DESTROYER launched January 1943 and she saw considerable action in World War Two. Later converted to a TYPE 16 Anti Submarine Frigate. Broken up in 1965.

The size is 24" x 12" stretched canvas on a box frame....you'll see by the pictures that this is obviously the original frame. The canvas has the stamp of WINSOR & NEWTONS, LONDON. I have so far been unable to find any information ...

This is a larger than usual Ships Pennant being 24" long and 11" at the widest point.....condition as per the pics is excellent. The VAN KINSBERGEN was built in Rotterdam by R.D.M Shipbuilders and was launched for the Dutch Navy on January 5th 1939 and saw service in World War Two. She was a Gunboat of 1760 tons carrying 220 crew. Decommissioned in May 1959.

A Classical Art Nouveau Vase with stunning decoration and complete with original GLASS LINER....these are usually missing. This beautiful piece of brass artwork was made by the Dutch firm of KDM and carries their impressed stamp on the base.This is an imposing vase standing 15" or 38cm's in height with a maximum width across the handles of 7" or 18 cm's. I would think Circa 1910 -1920. KDM TIEL, began in DAALDEROP, Holland, in 1898.

A real little old cutie of a Door Knocker depicting The Master or one of The 'Fellows' (as the Professors / Tutors are called at TRINITY) about to enter the Trinity College Gate at Cambridge University. The knocker was originally nickel plated but age and use has worn much of this down to the original brass...mainly on the actual knocker handle part. Most of these date to around 1900-1915...this does have a makers marking on the back but it is tiny and hard to decipher. Size is 4 1/2" x 2 1/2"

We have taken off several coats of ancient paint and attacked this knocker with a wire brush then siliconed and cleaned it again and finally applied a coat of lacquer. This is a genuine old VICTORIAN ERA Door Knocker Circa 1880-1890 and has a makers mark which I think is ROSS 49. Size is 8 3/4" x 2 1/4".

A wonderful old piece of VICTORIANA....they sure loved their Gargoyles, Serpents, and Dragons back in Queen Vic's time.Unusual to find the Knocker with it's matching old Door Pulls....a truly great old set for an old period mansion or large home. The Knocker is 8" long and 3" wide and the door knobs measure 3" in diameter. All have been cleaned and lacquered... to really make them pristine they could have an acid bath or similar professional cleaning treatment. A rare and unusual old set.
