All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment . For personal check payments, the item ships after your check has cleared .

Paypal payments are expected within 48hours of purchase order.

INTERNATIONAL: Paypal only


~ NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT? NO PROBLEM! ~
Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process. Paypal will process your credit card without any need for you to have an account.


~CUSTOM ORDERS ~
For all custom orders up to $100, a full Paypal payment is due at the time of order. For custom orders above $100, 50% is due at the time of order and 50% at completion. You will be able to review, approve or tweak your piece, if needed, via photo.


~ LAYAWAY PLANS~
Layaway plans are available. Please, contact me for details.


~ SHIPPING ~
Domestic shipping: $5.00 USPS Priority per shipment (unlimited items).
First Class shipping is also available and the fee is based on weight.

Domestic insurance (optional) per total value of a single package:
$0.01 to $50.00 $1.75
50.01 to 100.00 $2.25
100.01 to 200.00 $2.75
200.01 to 300.00 $4.70
300.01 and above $5.70


International shipping:
I recommend First-Class Mail International, which is often just as fast as Priority! Fee: $5.00 for up to 2 pieces

International Insurance is optional, but recommended. I use the services of a private insurer who offers excellent rates for international shipping (these vary per country and insurance is not available for some; please, email me for a quote ).

REFUNDS ~ I design for you! I am happy only if you are happy!:)
If you have any concerns, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of your piece for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

*Note that Custom Orders are not refundable*.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Maine residents are charged an additional 5% sales tax
